I compiled and posted a summary about Samual G. Hardaway in the Biographical Sketches tab. It gives the basic facts about his life and includes a photograph of him. Most importantly, I also posted in the Hardaway Addendum eight pieces of correspondence, plus two related newspaper articles. They are about the negotiations between the states of Texas and Georgia between 1855 and 1858 regarding the reimbursement by Texas to Georgia for the arms of the Georgia Battalion that were lost at the Goliad Massacre. Those negotiations included a plan for a memorial to the Georgian Battalion at Goliad, a plan that never materialized. R.W.T.
